Chicken and Apples

Chicken and Apples


1 can of orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 cup white wine
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup diced onion
1 lb chicken breasts
3 Granny Smith apples, diced
2 carrots, finely sliced

Combine in slow cooker and cook on low for 3 hours.

***This recipe was way too sweet. If I try it again, I will replace the OJ concentrate with regular orange juice and white wine.
