Black Pepper Chicken

Black Pepper Chicken


1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup fish sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/3 cup water
2 teaspoons finely grated garlic
2 teaspoons finely grated ginger
2 teaspoons coarsely ground pepper
1 tsp chili sauce
1 lb chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

Combine first 8 ingredients in a bowl. Cook chicken over medium-high heat until browned. Add sauce and cook chicken through. Serve with Thai Fried Rice.
