South Carolina BBQ

South Carolina BBQ


1/2 cup beer
1/2 cup prepared yellow mustard
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp tamarind paste
1/2 tsp cayenne
1/8 tsp cloves
1/8 tsp fresh ground white pepper
1 lb chicken breasts

Combine first 8 ingredients in slow cooker. Add chicken and coat with sauce. Cook on low for 4 hours.
